This woman in her early forties from the MetroWest came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals included a full breast volume with fullness and a natural slope in the upper breast. She is petite and wanted an implant volume above her fill volume which was 200cc. In order to achieve her goals I recommended a 270cc high projection teardrop shaped implant placed above the muscle (subglandular) using an incision underneath the breast (inframammary).
