Andrea Rossi

Our Patient Liaison, Andrea, is likely to be the first Clareo member you meet at the front desk as you are welcomed in.

With a passion for helping others, she assists with patient relations and scheduling. She has earned a BA in Communication and Media and has a background in sales and marketing which allows her to manage our social media outlets. In her off time, she can be found food blogging and spending time with loved ones.

Jenna Gomez

Meet Jenna Gomez, one of Clareo Plastic Surgery’s Patient Consultants. Jenna joins our team with an eclectic background in education and Real Estate, making her the perfect fit to work alongside patients. She received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University, studying Child Development, which led her to teach Physical Education for three years. Looking for a change in life, Jenna transitioned to Real Estate. Both paths helped her develop a passion for helping people discover the best of themselves and achieve their dreams.

A local to the Boston, MA area, Jenna spent some time living outside of the state but knew that moving back home to Boston would allow her opportunities to follow her passion for helping and caring for people while raising her family in the place she loves.

Working together with our team of highly trained, Board-certified plastic surgeons, Jenna looks forward to collaborating with our patients throughout their care plan. She is proud to help provide patients with the support and trust that encapsulates the outstanding experience that Clareo provides throughout the entire patient journey.

When she is not caring for our Clareo patients, Jenna enjoys spending time with her teen daughter, who keeps her mom on her toes. When she is not busy in the office or with family, Jenna has a passion for handmade scrapbooks and loves getting her hands dirty, organizing pictures and decorating the pages to celebrate memories.

Cailie Besaw

Cailie is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and helping individuals achieve their personal goals with confidence. As Clareo’s Patient Care Coordinator, she serves as a trusted guide throughout each patient’s aesthetic journey, providing support, education, and personalized attention from the initial consultation through recovery.

Before joining Clareo, Cailie spent several years coaching patients through their weight loss journeys, helping them navigate lifestyle changes, celebrate milestones, and stay motivated as they worked toward meaningful health and wellness goals. This experience strengthened her ability to build lasting relationships and provide compassionate, individualized support through transformative experiences.

With a background in healthcare and patient services, Cailie combines strong organizational skills with a genuine passion for helping others. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for while receiving the highest level of concierge-style service.

Cailie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the State University of New York at Potsdam. She is known for her bubbly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a seamless and positive experience for every patient who walks through Clareo’s doors.

When she’s not at Clareo, Cailie enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, exploring Boston, relaxing at the beach, and playing golf.

Shabeli Villa BSN, RN, LE

Shabeli joins our team with multiple years of experience and training in injectables and other services. She has extensive training, having graduated from Fitchburg State University, where she studied Nursing. Shabeli then studied at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and received her injectable certification in Atlanta.

Shabeli is looking forward to meeting you and listening to your concerns and needs. She will work with you to collaborate and develop a customized treatment plan to achieve your goals and ideal results.

When she is not working with her patients, Shabeli enjoys an active lifestyle with her partner, playing sports, riding a bike, yoga, meditation, and other fitness activities. She loves to travel, meet new people, and always looks to spend time with family, friends, and her puppy.

Alexandra Moore, PA

Alexandra Moore is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services in 2013. She began her career in cardiothoracic surgery, switching to Plastic Surgery in 2020 and has never looked back. Prior to joining Clareo, Alex worked alongside Dr. Michael Tantillo in various clinical settings. Alex loves helping patients achieve their desired image and wellness goals. Seeing their confidence grow brings Alex great satisfaction. One of Alex’s favorite places to be is in the operating room, assisting the surgeons in making these visions come to life.

Aside from being in the operating room, Alex can also be found in the Clareo office seeing patients for their postoperative visits, performing minor procedures, and leading Clareo’s wellness program, including weight loss and hormone optimization therapy (HOT). Alex also has experience in Botox injections for the relief of hyperhidrosis.

When not working with this amazing team, Alex can be found enjoying time with her lobsterman fiancé, Keith, two children, Olivia and Ryder, and Keith’s daughter, Kaylee. They enjoy activities, such as bowling, traveling, and running around to the children’s numerous sporting events. But, one of their favorite activities is relaxing at home, watching movies together, with their dog and 2 cats.

Alex thrives off of the relationships she builds with patients and loves the trust that she is able to gain from them as they go through their experience with us.

Amy Gribbel, Director of Operations

As Director of Operations at Clareo Plastic Surgery, Amy Tantillo plays an integral role in shaping the experience, culture, and day-to-day operations of the practice.

Working closely with Dr. Tantillo, Dr. Lee and the Clareo team, Amy is passionate about creating an experience that feels highly personal, thoughtful, and effortless from the moment a patient first connects with Clareo. Her attention to detail can be felt throughout the practice—from the warmth of the environment and the strength of the team to the many behind-the-scenes touches that make each patient’s journey feel distinctly their own.

With more than 20 years of experience in business operations, human resources, and team development, Amy brings both a strategic perspective and a deeply personal approach to her role.

Behind the scenes, Amy touches just about everything at Clareo, from operations and team development to marketing, patient experience, and practice growth. She loves seeing ideas come to life and, most importantly, seeing patients leave Clareo feeling confident in both their care and their decision to choose the practice.

For Amy, what makes Clareo special is the relationships. She values getting to know patients, supporting the team, and creating an environment where exceptional clinical care is complemented by genuine warmth, discretion, and attention to every detail.

Amy holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College.
