Mariana Morais

Mariana is Dr. Tantillo’s Medical Assistant. She helps patients make their decisions about surgery, instructs them on their pre-op and post-op, and assists in minor in-office procedures.

Mariana is passionate about providing care to all patients during each phase of their plastic surgery journey. She is originally from Brazil and is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. She will probably be the first face you see when you first come in!

Shabeli BSN, RN, LE

Shabeli joins our team with multiple years of experience and training in injectables and other services. She has extensive training having graduated from Fitchburg State University where she studied Nursing. Shabeli then studied at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and received her Injectable certification in Atlanta.

Shabeli is looking forward to meeting you and listening to your concerns and needs. She will work with you to collaborate and develop a customized treatment plan to achieve your goals and ideal results.

When she is not working with her patients, Shabeli enjoys an active lifestyle with her partner, playing sports, bike riding, yoga, meditation, and other fitness activities. She loves to travel, meet new people, and always looks to spend time with family, friends, and her puppy.

Andrea Rossi

Our Patient Liaison, Andrea, is likely to be the first Clareo member you meet at the front desk as you are welcomed in.

With a passion for helping others, she assists with patient relations and scheduling. She has earned a BA in Communication and Media and has a background in sales and marketing which allows her to manage our social media outlets. In her off time, she can be found food blogging and spending time with loved ones.

Jenna Gomez

Meet Jenna Gomez, one of Clareo Plastic Surgery’s Patient Consultants. Jenna joins our team with an eclectic background, in education and Real Estate making her the perfect fit to work alongside patients. She received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University, studying Child Development, which led her to teach Physical Education for three years. Looking for a change in life, Jenna transitioned to Real Estate. Both paths helped her develop a passion for helping people discover the best of themselves and achieve their dreams.

A local to the Boston, MA area Jenna spent some time living outside of the state but knew that moving back home to Boston would allow her opportunities to follow her passion for helping and caring for people while raising her family in the place she loves.

Working together with our team of highly trained, Board-certified plastic surgeons, Jenna looks forward to collaborating with our patients throughout their care plan. She is proud to help provide patients with the support and trust that encapsulates the outstanding experience that Clareo provides throughout the entire patient journey.

When she is not caring for our Clareo patients, Jenna enjoys spending time with her teen daughter, who keeps her mom on her toes. When she is not busy in the office or with family, Jenna has a passion for hand-made scrapbooks and loves getting her hands dirty, organizing pictures and decorating the pages to celebrate memories.

Alexandra
Moore, PA-C

Alexandra Moore is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services in 2013. She began her career in cardiothoracic surgery, switching to Plastic Surgery in 2020 and has never looked back. Prior to joining Clareo, Alex worked alongside Dr. Michael Tantillo in various clinical settings. Alex loves helping patients achieve their desired image and wellness goals. Seeing their confidence grow brings Alex great satisfaction. One of Alex’s favorite places to be is in the operating room, assisting the surgeons in making these visions come to life. Aside from being in the operating room, Alex can also be found in the Clareo office seeing patients for their postoperative visits, performing minor procedures, and leading Clareo’s wellness program, including weight loss and hormone optimization therapy (HOT). Alex also has experience in Botox injections for the relief of hyperhidrosis.

When not working with this amazing team, Alex can be found enjoying time with her lobsterman fiancé, Keith, two children, Olivia and Ryder, and Keith’s daughter, Kaylee. They enjoy activities, such as bowling, traveling, and running around to the children’s numerous sporting events. But, one of their favorite activities is relaxing at home, watching movies together, with their dog and 2 cats.

Alex thrives off of the relationships she builds with patients and loves the trust that she is able to gain from them as they go through their experience with us.
