This woman in her mid-twenties from the Greater Boston area came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals from breast augmentation included a better figure balance and a natural slope in the upper breast. She ultimately chose to use textured anatomic shaped implants approximately 50cc over her fill volume of 350cc. I used a 400cc implants placed below the muscle (dual plane) using an incision underneath the breast (inframammary).
