This woman in her late twenties from the Rhode Island came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals included a better figure balance and natural fullness fullness in the upper breast. I recommended a circumareolar mastopexy and a teardrop shaped implant. She ultimately chose to use implants equal to her fill volume her fill volume of 375cc. I used a 370cc round based contour shaped implants placed below the muscle (dual plane) using an incision around the areola (circumareolar).
