This patient in her early forties from Rhode Isand came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals from surgery included achieving a very full breast and improving the size and location of her nipple/areola. I used a mastopexy technique with an incision only around the areola (circumareolar) and placed high profile saline implants under the muscle. The implates were each filled with 550cc of saline. Her post-op photographs were taken three years after surgery.
