This patient in her early fifties from Central Massachusetts came to my office to discuss breast augmentation revision. She had had two saline breast augmentations in the past. She came in because her right saline implant had deflated and her capsule was firm. Her goals were symmetry, softness, figure balance and a natural breast shape. I used 450cc teardrop shaped silicone implants which were placed below the muscle (dual plane) using and incision below the breast (inramammary).
