This woman in her early thirties from New Hampshire came to my office to discuss breast augmentation after pregnancy. Her goals from breast augmentation included restoring a full breast volume with fullness and roundness in the upper breast. In order to achieve her goals I recommended an implant above her fill volume and she chose to use implants 100cc above her fill volume. 375cc high profile silicone gel filled implants wre placed under the muscle (dual plane) using an incision underneath the breast (inframammary).

The surgery takes about an hour, and patients are ready to go home shortly after the surgery is finished. I do not use drains of tight wraps and patients often do not require narcotic pain medication. Patients generally resume normal activities within one or two days following surgery.
