This woman in her late twenties from Boston’s MetroWest came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals included creating a full bust and round and more lifted breast. In order to achieve her goals I recommended round implants and a lollipop breast lift. She did not want the vertical incision, therefore I used a circumareolar incision and placed 435cc round silicone gel implants under the muscle (dual plane).
