This patient in her early 40s from Connecticut had a consultation to discuss a Mommy Makeover at my office. Her goals from surgery were to enhance her breast size, improve her breast shape, flatten her tummy and improve her waistline. She had previously had a breast augmentation.

Her Mommy Makeover included a breast implant exchange, during which I removed 425cc saline implants and replaced them with 600cc silicone gel breast implants, a tummy tuck, and liposuction of her torso. An inframammary incision (below the breast) was used for the breast augmentation and the implants were placed under the muscle (dual plane). A full abdominoplasty with tightening of her abdominal muscles was performed. Liposuction was done circumferentially around the torso.
