By Dr. Michael Tantillo
This patient in her late twenties from western Massachusetts came to my office to discuss breast augmentation and correction of her tuberous breast deformity. Her goals from breast augmentation included achieving a full look to the breasts. A two stage procedure was planned and performed. At the first operation tissue expanders were placed which were subsequently gradually inflated during office visits. The second stage of the procedure involved removing the tissue expanders and placing 440cc high profile textured implants in the subglandular pocket (above the muscle) as well as performing a mastopexy to reduce the size of the areola.
If you are interested in breast augmentation that will reliably give you the aesthetic result you wish with minimal post operative pain and recovery time request a consultation today. You and I will discuss and define your goals from surgery so that you will make the best decisions for yourself.
