This patient in her early 30s from Boston’s south shore came to my office to discuss a Mommy Makeover. Her goals from surgery were to enhance her breast size, improve her breast shape, flatten her tummy and improve her waistline. Her procedures were a breast augmentation using 800cc silicone gel breast implants, an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her torso. An inframammary incision (below the breast) was used for the breast augmentation and the implants were placed under the muscle (dual plane). A full abdominoplasty with tightening of her abdominal muscles was performed.
